CIAS APP - Discover the new RMA function

Recently we have introduced a new function in the CIAS app: the RMA, a section dedicated to handle repairs. By scanning the barcode on the failing item, you'll immediately know if it is under warranty or otherwise; at this point, the RMA form will be automatically filled-out and sent directly to our backoffice that will handle it before submitting it to the repair office. You'll be able to directly keep track of the repair status through the CIAS app, untill the product will be sent back.
